Revised “Garrett” Cross Fit Workout
My first CrossFit type of workout! Problem: I was already sore from the previous day’s run and the 3 miles that I had just finished. On top of it all, the gym (with it’s limited functionality) was about to close. Gotta get it in!!
Garrett: Three rounds for time of: 75 Squats, 25 Ring Handstand push-ups and 25 L- Pull-ups
I should have gone to the YMCA, they have rings and a pull-up bar. My Planet Fitness does not. So here was the adjusted workout that I completed
2. 3 Rounds of: 40 Dumbell Deadlifts, 15 L-Pull-ups (from the bar on a smith machine - that’s creativity) and 25 dips
